Starting the review does not reserve service. We confirm availability before you reserve a place on our winter route.

What happens during a storm?

    We prepare

    We monitor the forecast and plan crew capacity, equipment and route order. Priority Reserved includes pretreatment of agreed main access areas before snowfall.

  2. 02

    Service begins

    When service begins, our crews follow your service level, with Priority Reserved access clearing scheduled earlier in the route.

  3. 03

    Included return visits

    Priority Reserved includes more clearing visits during longer storms. Reserved follows the visit plan in your proposal.

  4. 04

    Cleanup and checkup

    The final clearing covers every agreed area, including city-plow buildup. Priority Reserved also includes a planned, focused after-storm checkup within 24 hours after the final cleanup.

Our route is centered on Marblehead and Salem. Nearby route-border homes are reviewed by exact address and available capacity before a walkthrough is scheduled.
